Born December 24, 1951 in Savanah, Georgia, to Max and Laree Webb. She spent her school years in eastern Idaho. Her career path led her to Forks, Washington, where she worked as a lineman for PTE Telephone and raised three amazing daughters.  She spent the last 25 years in Laclede, Idaho.

Mom, grandma, aunt, sister, beloved friend and soul. Randi never knew a stranger. An avid fisherwoman she owned the local rainbow trout record for several years at 30.8 pounds.

Randi was always seeking the next adventure, treasure or way to make someone smile. She treasured her family most and loved them until the end. A modern day heroine, she loved unconditionally and gave completely. Her greatest gifts to everyone she met were complete support, unwavering honesty and love.  She lived her life selflessly in service of others, always taking the time to let her family and friends know what true genuine caring is.
