A reckless driver was reported southbound on U.S. 95 from Boundary County at 8:34 a.m.

Deputies responded for an unknown-injury accident on U.S. 2 in the greater Sandpoint area at 10:36 a.m.

Deputies were assigned to a malicious injury to property call in the Clark Fork on E. Second Avenue at 11:54 a.m.

Deputies were assigned to an information call in the Sagle area on Carols Lane at 12:26 p.m.

Deputies responded to the Sandpoint area for a reckless driver call at 12:34 p.m. on U.S. 95.

Deputies responded to the Samuels Road area for a family offense call reported at 2:53 p.m.

Report of a burglary in the 200 block of Craun Loop in Priest Lake at 3 p.m.

Report of two navigation lights out at Priest Lake in the Elkins Road area near Nordman at 2:49 p.m.

Report of a fraud on Kelso Lake Road in Priest River at 4:15 p.m.

Report of fraud in the 47000 block of U.S. 95 in Ponderay at 4:52 p.m.

A deputy assisted Idaho Fish & Game with a report of a bear in the area of Seventh Street and E. Jefferson Avenue in Priest River at 5:25 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 468000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 6:08 p.m.

A deputy responded to a report of a battery in the 400 block of Larsen Lane in Oldtown at 6:14 p.m.

Report of a traffic collision in the 800 block of Gold Creek Road at 8:58 p.m.

Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Hoo Doo Loop and Merry Lane in Oldtown at 10:23 p.m.

Aug. 25

Cody Marthaller, 30, of Usk, Washington, was cited in the 469000 block of U.S. 95 at 2:28 a.m.

A burglary was reported on Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 3:17 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Aug. 24

Report of a dog locked in a vehicle in the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 3:56 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the area of Hickory Street and N. Division Avenue at 5:45 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Cedar Street at 8:55 a.m.

Report of a juvenile problem in the 600 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 6:58 p.m.

After a fireworks complaint in the area of Washington Avenue and Fir Street, an officer advised at 9:01 p.m. they were unable to locate any.

Jason M Rivers, 42, of Cocolalla, was arrested in the 700 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 11:59 p.m. on a felony warrant.

Report of a disorderly male in the 300 block of Humbird Street in Kootenai at 3:50 a.m.

Report of a scam in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 4:29 a.m.

Aug. 24

An officer responded to a dog bite in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 4:09 p.m.

An officer responded to a malicious injury to property in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 4:41 p.m.

An officer received a fraud complaint in the 4769900 block of U.S. 95 at 4:52 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Aug. 24

A missing person was reported in the Larch Street area at 9:27 a.m.

Disorderly conduct was reported in the 100 block of Highway 57 at 1:44 p.m.

Report of a trespass on E. Lincoln Avenue at 6:52 p.m.

Steve Rheingans, 48, of Hope was arrested in the area of Montgomery Street and Church Street at 9:34 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and driving under the influence.
