Stephen D. Bowdish, 33, of Spokane, Washington, was arrested on a Kootenai County warrant on First Avenue at 7:48 a.m.

Leif A. Abel, 52, of Ketchikan, Alaska, was cited in the 1400 block of Boyer Avenue at 8:56 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A trailer was reported taken from the 1400 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 11:38 a.m.

A controlled substance incident was placed under investigation at 11:56 p.m. in the area of Kootenai Cutoff Road and Moody Lane.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 700 block of Lake Street at 4:07 p.m.

Jared T. Leighlite, 35, of Sagle, was arrested in the 4000 block on a Bonner County warrant at 4:30 p.m.

A family offense reported in the Main Street area was placed under investigation at 10:41 p.m.
