SHS students commended in NMSP

SANDPOINT — Two Sandpoint High School students were named as commended students in the National Merit Scholarship Program.

Anna Auld and Andrew VanCorbach have qualified in the top 50,000 students who took the Preliminary SAT last year. They join the ever growing list of SHS students who have been recognized by the NMSP for their academic achievements.

SHS has also received the College Success - Gold designation from GreatSchools.Org. Sandpoint High School is one of 14 schools in Idaho and one of 1770 in the nation to receive this designation.
