James G. Howell, 75, was cited on a charge of failure to notify after striking an unattended vehicle in reference to a hit-and-run accident in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 10:53 a.m.
Report of a reckless driver on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 6:43 p.m.
Michael R. Printz, 65, of Stites, Idaho, was cited in the 476800 block of U.S. 95 at 10:09 p.m. on a charge of unlawful discharge of a firearm.
