A found kneeboard was turned in to the police department on W. Lake Street at 1:23 p.m.

Report of a suspicious smell in the 1300 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:38 p.m.

Signs were reported taken from the 500 block of Marion Avenue at 1:41 p.m.

Report of an animal problem on Bridge Street at 2:29 p.m.

July 19

Three juveniles were warned about curfew violations in the 1400 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 1:03 a.m.

Joseph R Deveney, 65, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1300 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 2:01 a.m on a charge of possession of meth.

PONDERAY POLICE

July 18

An officer responded to an alarm reported in the 600 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9:35 a.m.

July 19

Brandi A. Gibson, 38, of Libby, Montana, was arrested in the 29900 block of Highway 200 at 12:36 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 18

Report of a 911 hang-up on Highway 2 at 1:06 p.m.

A wallet and phone found in the Highway 57 area at 3:02 were turned into an officer and were placed in the department's lost and found.
