Decker G Weill, 20, of Sagle, was arrested in the Larch Street area at 9:32 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Brandon Cool, 36, of Rathdrum was cited in the Highway 57 area at 5:34 p.m. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia; and Derick Bell, 24, of Williamsport, Pa., was cited at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
