Robert M. Williams, 49, of Sandpoint was cited in the U.S. 95 area at 1:15 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana (less than three ounces) and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use; and Sheridan A. Grace, 25, of Sandpoint was cited at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
