Prophesy life and the breath of God

As we enter into a new year, it would be easy to fall into a place of expectation of things continuing in a crazy spiral as the previous few years have been. But we, as God's people, have been called for a purpose, a purpose to prophesy life, and joy, and blessing into our surrounding atmosphere.

As Ezekiel declared over the people of Israel, “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Look! I am going to put breath into you and make you live again!” Ezekiel‬ ‭37:5‬ ‭NLT‬‬.

So, too, it may seem this nation has fallen, to political onslaught, to sickness, to fear, and yet together we stand united as brothers and sisters in Christ declaring victory! I have always been taught from the time I was a child, no matter how things look in the world, no matter how scared or messed up, we know the end of the story, and our God is victorious!

As we enter into this new year, I urge us all, the body of Christ to begin prophesying life and the breath of God over the year 2022!

Jesus reigns in the midst, and nothing can stand in the way of his purpose and His love, for his word says, “For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:38-39‬ ‭KJV‬‬
