Chamber welcomes Tendril Apothecary

SANDPOINT — The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Tendril Apothecary to the organization with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Tendril Apothecary and Healing Center was formed from the perfectly unexpected convergence of three life paths, and Laura Clemmons was at the center of it all.

When Laura’s father-in-law, Hank, became ill with a severe case of COVID-19 in early 2020, her husband Henry, feared the worst. Henry asked Laura to save his father. Laura, always willing to come to the rescue of anyone in need, traveled to Sandpoint to use her many years of experience in natural healing.

Under Laura’s care, Hank’s condition began to improve rapidly and he was able to make a full recovery in a matter of weeks. Not only did he recover, but Hank felt better than he had in years. When Laura was faced with the decision to return home to Henry and their children, Hank saw an opportunity to keep Laura and his grandchildren nearby. Knowing Laura’s dream was to open a healing center with an apothecary, discussions ensued and soon, Tendril Apothecary and Healing Center was born.
