Heather Mansbridge, 33, of Priest River, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. in the area of U.S. 2 and Old Diamond Mill Road on a felony warrant out of Spokane County and on a misdemeanor Bonner County warrant, and was issued a citation for possession of paraphernalia.

A reckless driver was reported in the area of U.S. 95 and Blacktail Road in Cocolalla at 7:30 p.m.

After an officer responded to a non-injury accident in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 6:35 p.m., Peter McCarthy, 19, was arrested for an unrelated misdemeanor warrant.
