Charlotte Parker Malloy, 93

Charlotte Parker Malloy, 93, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Private family services have been held.

Charlotte was born on December 1, 1928, in San Diego, California, to William and Katherine Parker. She graduated from Hoover High School in 1946.

Charlotte married Ed Malloy on May 27, 1950, in Yuma, Arizona. They traveled a lot with Ed’s Navy career, but spent most of their time living in Point Mugu, California. Charlotte worked as a computer analyst for defense contractors.

After Ed’s retirement in 1973, they traveled in their RV, and for 21 years spent summers in East Hope, ID and winters in Yuma, Arizona.

She enjoyed spending time at the Clark Fork Senior Center, spending time with family, gardening, playing cards and other games.

She is survived by her two sons, Gary Malloy (Kathy Schulte) of Ponderay, Idaho, and Bruce (Sherry) Malloy of Del Rio, Texas; three grandchildren, Kevin (Lydia) Malloy of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Christopher (Caylin) Malloy of Seattle, Washington, and Melissa Williams of Surprise, Arizona; three great-grandchildren, Tanner Van Dyke, Kaleigh and Lauren; and two sisters, Doris May of Cheney, Washington, and Janus Green of Blue Ridge, Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ed Malloy in 2009; and a brother, William Parker Jr.

Charlotte loved the Lord. Through her faithful trust in Christ, she was at peace and ready to spend eternity with her Savior.
