For the second week in a row, Karl Kleinkauf took home first place honors with a score of 47 at the Baldfoot Disc Golf Course during singles play on Tuesday, June 21.

Kleinkauf began with a conservative approach during the first two holes, notching back-to-back pars.

Following the first two holes, he’d go on to hit a hat-trick of birdies to put his score at -3.

On hole six, however, he had a bit of a slip up, making it to the basket in four strokes resulting in a bogey to put him back at -2.

He rebounded nicely on hole seven by hitting a birdie to put his score back at -3.

From holes 11-14, he suffered the same fate that he did earlier in the round.

He hit three straight birdies followed by a bogey on hole 14.

He finished out the round by hitting two birdies, a par, and a bogey.

Michael Givens, who always seems to be chasing Kleinkauf, finished in second place with a score of 50.

Givens and Kleinkauf went back and forth throughout the first three holes until Kleinkauf took the advantage on hole four with a birdie.

After Givens’ par on hole four, he’d bogey on hole five to put him at an even par for the round.

He hit two more birdies on seven, and eight but bogeyed on 10, putting his score at -1.

Givens hit a hat-trick of birdies of his own from holes 11-13 and hit par the rest of the way.

Third place was a battle between four golfers who all finished with a score of 52.

Christian Cook, Dave D, John Eastaugh, and Riley Emmer all finished tied for third place.
