Why aren't world's leaders stopping Putin?

I do not understand why President Biden will not let Ukraine have those 20 MiG jets sitting on the ground in Poland that were promised to Ukraine.

It seems to me that if Ukraine had those jets they could launch the same type of weapons aimed at Russia just as the Russians are doing to the people of Ukraine. If a few bombs or rockets from the Ukrainian pilots flying those MiG jets hit the Kremlin that madman dictator and Hitler-want-to-be Putin would end his stupid war.

What’s he want anyway? Most of the Ukrainian cities are now nothing but rubble anyway. All Putin’s troops are doing is killing innocent people by the thousands. This whole thing just makes me sick. What’s wrong with the world’s leaders today allowing this atrocity to happen and to continue in the first place?
