ORDINANCE NO. 679 TITLE 15 DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES CHAPTER 1 FIRE DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES AN ORDINANCE OF BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, SETTING FORTH ITS AUTHORITY; AMENDING BONNER COUNTY REVISED CODE TITLE 15, CHAPTER 1 FIRE DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES, TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO SECTION 15-104 APPLICABILITY AND SECTION 15-303 FEE SCHEDULE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO THAT BONNER COUNTY CODE BE AMENDED, THE SUMMARY OF WHICH, READS AS FOLLOWS: TITLE 15: DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES CHAPTER 1: FIRE DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES SHORT TITLE, APPLICABILITY, EXEMPTIONS, AND PURPOSE 15-14. Applicability: This Chapter shall apply to the Develop ment of property located within the boundaries of the Northside Fire District and; Spirit Lake Fire Protection District in unincorporated Bonner County. SUBCHAPTER 15.3 ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE DISTRICT SERVICE AREAS; IMPOSITION OF FIRE DISTRICT IMPACT FEE; FEE SCHEDULE; EXEMPTIONS 15-33 Fee Schedule. Fire District's Impact Fees shall be calculated in accordance with the fee schedule set forth below providing for standard fees based on the total number of Dwelling Units or square feet of nonresidential space in the Development, unless (a) the Fee Payer requests an individual assessment pursuant to SUBCHAPTER 15.6 of this Chapter; or (b) the Fire District finds the Development will have an Extraordinary Impact pursuant to SUBCHAPTER 15.9 of this Chapter. The methodology for determining the costs per service unit provided for in the fee schedule is set forth in the Fire District's Capital Improvements Plan as adopted by the County pursuant to Idaho Code§ 67-8208, as it may be amended.
