NISA hosting fishing programs

SANDPOINT — Psst: Wanna know where the big fish are?

While they may not share their secret fishing spots, North Idaho Sportfishing Association anglers are giving a pair of fishing programs next week that offer a variety of tips and techniques.

Both programs will be held at the Bonner County Fairgrounds, 4203 N. Boyer Road.

On Tuesday, Oct. 4, Superfly Tackle presenting how to catch Lake Pend Oreille's famous Gerrard rainbow and an in-depth presentation on using planer boards. The program will take place from 6-9 p.m.

On Oct. 5, Pete Comstock will give an in-depth presentation on how to cash in and make money fishing Lake Pend Oreille's lake trout. The program will take place from 6-7:30 p.m.

All are invited to attend and learn some great tips and techniques from a couple of Lake Pend Oreille's finest anglers.
