LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is given that Plaintiffs Crazy Pants LLC and the Estate of Gregory John Daiker have filed a Complaint in Admiralty, pursuant to 46 U.S.C. §§ 3051 et. seq., claiming the right of exoneration from or limitation of liability for any and all claims arising out of the operation of their Marine Technology Inc. catamaran hull speed boat, Model 340X, the KING OF THE MAY (Hull Identification Number: VIC34291G919, Montana Registration Number: MT6632BD) (hereinafter, the “Vessel”), on the Pend Oreille River in Idaho near the Old Thama Ferry Road, on or about June 28, 2022, (hereinafter, the “voyage”), and that, on January 26, 2023, the United States District Court for the District of Idaho entered the following Order: “ORDERED that this Order serves as notice to all persons that may claim damages sustained or occasioned or incurred by or resulting from the voyage, or in any way arising out of or in connection with the operation of the Vessel at or near the time when the voyage occurred, and admonishing them to file their respective claims with the Clerk of the Court and to serve on or mail to counsel for the Plaintiffs a copy thereof, or be defaulted, on or before March 24, 2023. Each claim must specify the facts upon which the claimant relies in support of the claim, the items thereof, and the dates on which the same accrued.
