Cassandra McManus, 42, of Cheney, Wash., was arrested in the area of U.S. 95 and Hullet Hill Drive in Sagle at 9:28 p.m. on charges of eluding, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and paraphernalia, and injury to child.
