CITY OF OLDTOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Oldtown City Council will hold a public hearing regarding a proposed multi-phase Planned Unit Development and subdivision for commercial, residential and common area development. The subject property and current applications are for Phase 1 generally located southerly of Diamond Mill Loop. A concept PUD Master Plan of the entire JHM/Tri Pro Mill, generally located between Highway 2 and the Pend O ‘Reille River, is included for planning reference but is not included with the current requested approvals. The area of Phase 1 encompasses the approximate western third of the mill property generally lying southerly of Diamond Mill Loop.
