Officers conducted a drug investigation in the 474500 block of Highway 95 at 6:42 p.m.  

Report of suspicious circumstances on Highway 95 in the Ponderay area at 11:23 p.m.  

Timothy J. Franks, 27, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 500 block of Triangle Drive at 11:31 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
