NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 pm on Thursday, January 16, 2025 in the Bonner County Administration Building, 1500 Highway 2,  Sandpoint, Idaho, by Zoom teleconference, and YouTube Livestream to consider the following request: File MOD0006-24 - Modification of Conditional Use Permit - Modification to Commercial Marina(C0925-09). The applicants are requesting a modification to an existing Conditional Use Permit, File  C0925-09, for the expansion of the existing commercial marina. The project site is zoned Recreation. The project site is located off Highway 200 and Mariner Way in Section 01, Township 56 North, Range 01 East,  Boise-Meridian, Idaho.  ** Written statements must be submitted to the planning department record no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing.
