IDAHO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT

Shall Section 2, Article VI of the Constitution of the State of Idaho be amended to provide that individuals who are not citizens of the United States may not be qualified electors in any election held within the state of Idaho?

(2) require a ranked-choice voting system for general election.

SANDPOINT LOCAL OPTION TAX

Shall the city of Sandpoint adopt an ordinance providing for a 1% local option sales tax to be implemented and effective from Jan. 1, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2049? This tax will be applicable to all sales, except occupancy sales subject to taxation under Chapter 36 of Title 63, Idaho Code. Revenue from this proposed tax, the amount of which is unknown, will be dedicated to street and sidewalk improvements, graveling and grading of alleys, and property tax relief.

PONDERAY LOCAL OPTION TAX

Shall the city of Ponderay adopt an ordinance amendment providing for the imposition and collection of a 1% consumption tax on all sales subject to taxation under Chapter 36 of Title 63, Idaho Code with the exception of hotels/motels and any sales receipts that exceed $999.99 in aggregate for a period of 10 years from its effective date? The anticipated revenue will be used for lakeshore access, continued construction of the Field of Dreams, creation of an endowment fund for the Field of Dreams, and streets and stormwater projects.

WEST BONNER COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 83 SUPPLEMENTAL LEVY ELECTION

Shall the Board of Trustees of School District No. 83, Bonner County, state of Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a supplemental levy in the amount of $1,130,060 per year for one year, commencing with the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, for sports and co-curricular activities, SRO position, two new school buses, Child Nutrition Program funding, curriculum funding, 1/2 payroll/AP clerk position, 1/2 custodian position, subcontracted snow removal and software/technology.

JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 272 LEVY 

Shall the Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 272, Kootenai and Bonner counties, be authorized to levy a supplemental amount of $9,520,000 per year for two years for safety and security needs, extra and co-curricular activities, transportation, and salaries and benefits.
