NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NEW SYRINGA HEIGHTS WATER DISTRICT FEE. The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Syringa Heights Water District (“District”) will hold a public hearing on May 13, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Marigold Bistro (formerly Tango Cafe) located at 414 Church St, Sandpoint, Idaho in accordance with Idaho Code §63-1311A. The purpose of the public hearing is to take public comments regarding a proposed fee increase of the existing New User Facility Fees (NUFF’s), for new water connections, following the approval of the implementation of the fee increase. The change in the fee is due to the change in the value of the system, and to ensure new users pay their proportionate share of the value of the system, when connecting new water services. The Board will consider all written and oral communication in making a final determination as to whether to increase the current NUFF fee. If you are unable to attend the hearing, but would like to provide written comments to the Board for consideration, comments may be sent via U.S. Mail to P.O.
