Wine4U celebrates new location, expanded business

SANDPOINT — Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce officials recently joined Beth Giacomo, owner of Wine 4 U, to celebrate the new business at a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony. The business is located at 1309 Ponderosa, Suite 116.
Giacomo launched her Wine4U in the community during the COVID-19 pandemic as an online seller of wine. She then added a subscription based monthly wine club, concierge services to help customers stock their wine racks and cellars, hand-curated gift baskets, private group wine tastings, open-to-the-public monthly wine tastings on the third Monday every month at Baxter’s Back Door, and then a physical location to allow customers to check out the wines and wine accessories she has to offer.
"Beth is celebrating her new location which is just across the parking lot from her first retail store," said Mickey Quinn, executive director of the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce.
The new space allows Giacomo to host pop-up tasting events, wine club pick-up dates, walk-ins for tastings, and all kinds of fun happenings. The new location is larger than her previous location — and has a wide variety of wine and food-related gifts and gadgets.
"It also has outdoor seating which will be a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine during the warmer months ahead," Quinn said.
