Washington Ave., Oldtown, Idaho to consider increasing the hook up rates on NEW connections West of the Pend Oreille River. Resolution 2025-2 WEST BONNER WATER & SEWER DISTRICT Original Side Effective March 01, 2025, and to be reflected in the March 15th, 2025, billing: The water usage allowed for the minimum monthly charge for water service will remain 12,000 gallons per month per connection. Minimum monthly charge for up to 12,000 gallons is $37.00. Overage Rates: (Compute usage for residences May through Sept. only) 12,001 - 15,000 gallons is $2.50 per thousand gallons + $ 37.00. 15,001 - 25,000 gallons is $3.00 per thousand gallons + $ 44.50. 25,001 - 50,000 gallons is $3.50 per thousand gallons + $ 74.50. 50,001 - 150,000 gallons is $3.75 per thousand gallons + $162.00. over 150,000 gallons is $4.00 per thousand gallons + $537.00. All encroachment permits from the City of Oldtown, Bonner County and/or neighbors must be returned to the Water & Sewer District office before any work may be started. 3. All repair of damage to streets and/or properties will be the responsibility of the owner and must be corrected within thirty (30) days of completion of the hookup. Failure to do so will result in the District repairing the damage and placing a tax lien on said property in the amount of repair expenses. 4. A shut-off valve must be installed by the applicant in the line between the water meter and the building. 5. All installation must comply with the current Idaho State Plumbing Code and be inspected by the Idaho State Plumbing Inspector for elements under State jurisdiction. I certify that I am the property owner and that only the property owner may apply for a water hookup and that the property owner is liable for all and any unpaid water bills on this account.
