Local dance team to host fundraiser

PONDERAY — Sandpoint High School dance team is holding a fundraiser at Sweet Lou’s on Feb. 11 from 5 to 9 p.m. to cover essential team costs.  

Dance team members will act as servers for the night and earn 20% of all sales made. There will also be a 50/50 raffle, with tickets available to purchase throughout the evening. Funds raised by the team will help cover travel expenses, competition fees, training and more. 

“We are looking forward to seeing the community come together to support these talented dancers,” said assistant coach Mikah Little. "Every contribution helps us provide the best opportunities for our dancers to succeed.”   

All proceeds from the evening will go directly to the team.
