A Petition to change the name of STEVEN ANDREW WINNIFORD, a minor, now residing in the City of Sandpoint, State of Idaho, has been filed in the Magistrate Court in Bonner County, Idaho. The name will change to GRAISON ANDREW VALENZUELA WINNIFORD.
