Walmart announces community donations
Representatives from the city of Priest River, Kootenai Elementary, Battle Born Outdoors and the Sandpoint Lions Club joined Walmart officials on the stage Saturday after the company announced donations to the groups as part of its grand reopening celebration.

The Ponderay Walmart Supercenter celebrated its grand re-opening Saturday with a ribbon-cutting, community carnival and donations to local nonprofit organizations and community groups.
