ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Kootenai Railroad Avenue Improvement Project Separate sealed BIDS for the Railroad Avenue Improvement Project located in the City of Kootenai, Idaho will be received by City of Kootenai at 204 Spokane St., Kootenai, ID 83840 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday June 25, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The work includes the reconstruction of approximately 2,700 lineal feet of Railroad Avenue, a new multiuse trail, and pavement overlay for 480 lineal feet of the existing multiuse trail between Boise Street and McGhee Road. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday June 19, 2025, at Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane St., Kootenai, ID.
