NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in the Bonner County Administration Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, by Zoom teleconference, and YouTube Livestream to consider the following request: File V0004-25 - Variance – Street Setback The applicant is requesting a variance to the street setback standards, to allow for an 11-foot setback, where 25-feet is required. The 0.403-acres property is zoned Rural 5 (R-5). The project site is located off Glacier Loop in Section 31, Township 54 North, Range 1 West, Boise-Meridian. The property site is within the service area of Spirit Lake Fire Protection District and Bayview Water and Sewer District.
