NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on May 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (“IHFA”) will conduct a public hearing at the offices of IHFA located at 565 West Myrtle Street, Boise, Idaho, First Floor Conference Room, regarding IHFA’s proposed issuance or reissuance of tax exempt multifamily housing revenue notes or other obligations (the “Reissued Notes”) up to the aggregate principal amount of $13,243,000, in one or more series, to refund and reissue IHFA’s Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note (Samuelson Place Apartments), Series 2021 (the “Refunded Obligations”) which were originally issued as qualified residential project bonds under Section 142 of the US Internal Revenue Code. The proceeds of the Refunded Obligations were used to provide financing for the acquisition, development, construction, and equipping of an affordable housing development located at 1222 Scotchman Loop, Sandpoint, Idaho, consisting of 89 units reserved for low income residents, a two (2) units reserved for managers, with various amenities (collectively, the “Samuelson Place Apartments Project”). The Samuelson Place Apartments Project was initially owned is currently, owned and operated by Samuelson Place, LLC. Neither the State of Idaho nor any county, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, subdivision or agency of the State is obligated to pay the principal or interest on the Refunded Obligations. No local or state tax funds or revenue have been committed to pay the principal or interest on the Refunded Obligations. This public hearing is required by the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
