ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Isaac Schmit, Sandpoint Track & Field

This week's Athlete of the Week is Isaac Schmit of Sandpoint Track & Field.
A junior, Isaac won both the 200-meter dash (22.18) and broke a 27-year standing school record and won the 100-meter dash (10.79) during a home dual against Lake City. The speedster then followed that up by winning the 100 (10.87), placing second in the 200 (22.49), and helping the Bulldogs rebreak the 4x100 relay (42.90) and 4x200 relay school records (1:29.32) at the District 1 Meet of Champions.
