STATE TIMBER SALE  CR200411, BODIE LOOKOUT CEDAR    A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 2550 Highway 2 W., Sandpoint, ID 83864, at 9:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 for an estimated 1,410 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser. BOARD OF COMMUNITY GUARDIAN – Approved Resolution 2025-27 appointing Barbara Buchanan to the Bonner County Board of Community Guardian for a four (4) year term beginning on May 1, 2025 and expiring on April 30, 2029. Approved Resolution 2025-28 authorizing the Board of Community Guardian to destroy the records listed in Exhibit A as outlined in Idaho Code 31-871. Approved the Board of Community Guardian 2024 Annual Report. SOLID WASTE/SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COMMITTEE – Approved Resolution 2025-29 the dissolution of the Solid Waste Advisory Committee and instead begin monthly public meetings with the Board of Commissioners. Motioned to reinstate the free table at the Colburn site and allow the director along with Risk to make it work, including proper signage to limit our liabilities. ROAD & BRIDGE – Awarded the 2025 Roadway Pavement Markings Project to Specialized Pavement Markings, LLC. for the Option 2 bid proposal amount of $140,801.69 based on the proposal scoring criteria. JUSTICE SERVICES – Approved Resolution 2025-30 ordering the Clerk to schedule revenue in the Probation Services FY24-25 budget, in Account No. 00661 7900– Cigarette Tax Carryover to $123,043.00. This adjustment is due to the receipt of unanticipated Cigarette Tax revenue received from the State of Idaho.
