Notice of Public Hearing    Notice is hereby given pursuant to Idaho Code and East Hope city codes that the East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the following application at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the East Hope City Hall, 110 School Road, East Hope, Idaho.    FILE #VAR08-25, VARIANCE, JACK ZEARFOSS II & LYNDA HAGARTY are requesting approval of variances to allow for the construction of an addition to an existing garage/shop with an 8-foot rear yard setback, where a 25-foot setback is required, and to allow for the construction of an addition of a mudroom and porch to an existing dwelling with a 2-foot flanking street setback, where 15 feet is required by East Hope city codes.
