Lakers Inn bartender Jaki Whitmore replaces a bottle on the shelf on Thursday evening. Whitmore, who has been a bartender in Coeur d'Alene for nearly 10 years, said she has "absolutely, 100%" seen an increase in alcohol consumption among patrons and throughout the community in the past year.
