Lucas Johnson of Spirit Lake was arrested in the area of Highway 41 and Hank Allen Way in Blanchard at 11:18 a.m. on a Kootenai County arrest warrant.

Report of a reckless driver in the 100 block of Lower Quartz Creek Road in Priest River at 11:35 a.m.

A suicide threat was reported on Shelby Road in Priest River at 1:13 p.m.

Deputies and EMS responded to a non-injury accident reported on Highway 57 in Priest River at 1:21 p.m.

Report of an agency assist on Pinewood Lane in Cocolalla at 1:41 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the 100 block of W. Railroad Avenue in Clark Fork at 2:47 p.m.

Deputies responded to a non-injury accident in the Highway 200 area at 2:55 p.m.

Report of a welfare check on Woodland Drive at 3:02 p.m.

An alarm was reported in the 300 block of E. Third Street N. in Oldtown at 3:28 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 452000 block of Highway 95 in Athol at 4:45 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the Blanchard Cutoff Road area in Blanchard at 5:06 p.m.

Report of an animal cruelty in the 600 block of Alís Welding Road in Spirit Lake at 6:12 p.m.

Request for an agency assist in the 100 block of Rocky Mountain Ranch Road in Spirit Lake at 7:26 p.m.

A follow-up report was requested in the 700 block of Woodland Drive at 8:17 p.m.

Report of threats in the 100 block of Fielder Lane in Oldtown at 8:14 p.m.

Richard Powell, 36, of North Las Vegas, Nev., was arrested in area of Lower Pack River Road and Highway 200 at 9:55 p.m. on a charge of excessive driving under the influence.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 100 block of Bottle Bay Road in Sagle at 10:45 p.m.

Sept. 18

Report of a shoplifting incident at the Newport Safeway on W. Walnut Street at 12:37 a.m.

Idaho Fish & Game responded to a call on Hackney Lane at 2:20 a.m.

Report of an animal complaint in the 300 block of Brisboys Road in Sagle at 3:40 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Sept. 17

An attempted check fraud was reported at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 10:25 a.m.

Report of reckless driving in the area of N. Lincoln and Ontario Street at 10:22 a.m.

Report of a theft on S. Second Avenue at 11:59 a.m.

A female juvenile was signed as a runaway on Spruce Street at 12:37 p.m. but returned later that day.

A citizen wanted to speak to an officer regarding an incident that occurred in the 2600 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 12:58 p.m.

An officer advised at 2:09 p.m. that items stolen from the 200 block of N. First Avenue were returned. No charges were pressed but the suspect was trespassed from the business.

An officer answered a citizenís questions in the 2000 block of Main Street at 2:03 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Oak Street at 2:55 p.m.

Report of a minor collision in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 3:09 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a male reported to be acting erratically in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 4:10 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a male reported missing out of Spokane in the area of Fifth Avenue and Larch Street at 5:40 p.m.

After an alarm was reported in the 2600 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 9:04 p.m., an officer advised the building was secure.

A K9 officer assisted Ponderay Police at a traffic stop in the area of Bonner Mall Way and Eastgate Drive at 11:13 p.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Sept. 17

An officer responded to an animal problem in the 30900 block of Highway 200 at 8:16 a.m.

An officer and Northside Fire responded to a non-injury accident reported on Highway 200 at 2:55 p.m.

An officer responded to a traffic hazard in the 30200 block of Highway 200 at 8:09 p.m.

An officer responded to an information in the area of Bonner Mall Way and Eastgate Drive at 11:13 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Sept. 17

A municipal code violation regarding junk was reported on E. Jefferson Avenue at 8:20 a.m.
