April 28

Melissa A Elder, 39, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of Iberian Way at 6;20 a.m. on charges of domestic battery.

A credit card found in the Cedar Street area was returned to its owner at 12:29 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of information in the 472000 block of Highway 95 at 12:50 p.m.

A dog owner in the area of Church Street and N. Florence Avenue was issued a verbal warning at 1:08 p.m. for a dog at large.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the pre-100 block of Bridge Street at 1:56 p.m.

A female was trespassed from a residence in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue after a complaint at 2:07 p.m.

An officer mediated in a civil dispute in the 1200 block of W. Lake Street at 2:26 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Cedar Street at 5:12 p.m.

An alarm was reported in the 400 block of S. Ella Avenue at 5:16 p.m.

A Sandpoint K9 officer assisted Ponderay Police at the scene of a traffic stop in the area of Starr Lane and Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:38 p.m.

A purse found in the Bridge Street area was brought to the police department at 5:22 p.m.

Report of possible threats in the 600 block

A follow-up report was taken on W. Lake Street at 8:29 p.m.

A male was trespassed from a business in the 600 block of Larch Street at 9:36 p.m. after a shoplifting incident.

An officer was unable to locate anyone making excessive noise in the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue at 10:42 p.m.

A Sandpoint K9 officer assisted BCSO deputies on a traffic stop in the Highway 95 area at 11:21 p.m.

An officer contacted a suspicious male on a bicycle in the area of W. Lake Street and S. Fourth Avenue at 1:12 a.m.

A male was given a courtesy transport back to his residence from BGH at 1:34 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

April 28

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police in the 300 block of Iberian Way at 6:20 a.m.

Kenneth T. McGuire, 35, was arrested in the 600 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:38 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges and driving under the influence of drugs.
