Two illegally parked vehicles in the 300 block of First Avenue were towed at 9:55 a.m.

An officer advised that a child playing with a phone dialed 911 in the Fourth Avenue area at 10:37 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Lake Street at 10:39 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Sapphire Court at 12:29 p.m.

A civil standby was requested in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue at 1:36 p.m.
