David Koch, 43, of Newport, was cited for leaving the scene of a crash on East Fifth in Oldtown at 6:13 p.m.

May 7

Cory Shults, 37, of Coolin, was arrested on Highway 41 in Oldtown for possession of meth, heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 1:20 a.m.

A deputy responded to a traffic hazard on U.S. 2 in Dover at 5:01 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

May 6

An officer conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of Cedar at 8:33 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block of North Lincoln at 9:17 a.m.

A report of a dog attacking another dog in the 1600 block of Spruce was made at 9:34 a.m.

A harassment report was filed at the police station at 9:50 a.m.

Nathan R. Stutheit, 21, of Rathdrum, was arrested on a felony warrant in the 1300 block of Fifth on a felony warrant. Crystal D. Mattson, 18, of Athol, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. Dalton C. Felts, 19, of Athol, was arrested for possession of meth.

A dog was reported at large in the 500 block of Olive at 1:05 p.m.

Officer responded to a two-vehicle, minor-injury collision on Fifth at 1:32 p.m.

An officer tagged a vehicle in the 1100 block of Florence for 48-hour removal at 3:03 p.m.
