The Panida is hosting the Inland Northwest’s most "dead-icated" tribute band, Spokane is Dead, on Friday, Feb. 21.

'Local Color' celebrated at Art Spirit Gallery

Performances will be held next weekend at The Create Arts Center, 900 W. Fourth St., Newport. Shows are set for Friday, Feb. 28, at 6 p.m.; Saturday, March 1, at 6 p.m.; and Sunday, March 2 at 2 p.m.

Festival at Sandpoint announces poster contest winners
Perky Smith-Hagadone was selected as the Festival's fine arts poster winner for the 2025 summer music series and Gracie Duncan was selected as the series lineup poster winner. Smith-Hagadone's work, "Wild Cantata", will be unveiled July 8, following the Festival's sponsor appreciation event. Duncan's work will be used for the series lineup poster.

Heather Mehra-Pedersen, a 26-year Sandpoint resident and the owner, operator, and designer behind Talus Rock Retreat, has been selected as the featured artist for the 2025 Audi FIS World Ski Cup Finals.
