HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the following time on Thursday, April 22, 2004, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request:

1:30 P.M. - FILE #VS1044-04 - PETITION TO VALIDATE CRYSTAL SPRINGS ROAD AND CRYSTAL RUN ROAD - NEW SCHWEITZER LLC AND HARBOR RESORTS LLC have petitioned the Bonner County Board of Commissioners to validate as public rights-of-way Crystal Springs Road and Crystal Run Road, as depicted in Book 4 of Plats, Pages 47, 52, 92, 103 and 116, records of Bonner County, Idaho. The petitioners arc seeking confirmation that these roads are public rights-of-way, through the validation process set forth in Idaho Code Section 40-203A. The roads are generally located at Schweitzer Mountain in Section 20, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, B.M. Additional information, including detailed maps, the petition and a report are available for review at the Bonner County Planning Department.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearing to verify if this item will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.
