Viks edge Bulldogs in nine

SANDPOINT — Squeezing in a quick nine holes Friday afternoon at Hidden Lakes Golf Resort, the Coeur d'Alene boys team edged Sandpoint 173-178.

Taylor Lowe of Coeur d'Alene earned medalist honors with a front nine score of 39.

Leading the way for Sandpoint was Andrew Genovese, who shot four over par.
