HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Clark Fork City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 4, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., at Clark Fork City Hall, 110 E, 3rd Ave., Clark Fork, to consider the following:

1) A request for a special use permit for property located at 207 E. 4th Avenue (the home behind and to the left of the Cabinet Mountain Bar and Grill). The applicant is proposing to run her private investigations business out of her home.

The public is invited to present verbal or written testimony at the hearing. Call 266-1315 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon weekdays for additional information.
