Kootenai boys, girls triumph
HARRISON FLATS — Cameron Lockard and Jesse Dyer each won two events as Kootenai edged Clark Fork 65-59 to win a six-team boys meet at Kootenai.
Lockard won the 1,600 (4:43.55) and 3,200 (11:23), and was second in the 400 and 800. Dyer won the long jump (19-9) and triple jump (40-3 3/4).
In the girls meet, Jordan Kincheloe, Nikita Amy and Amy Collins each doubled as Kootenai won easily with 80 points. Clark Fork was second with 36.
Kincheloe won the pole vault (7-0) and 3,200 (13:33). Amy captured the shot put (33-11) and discus (95-10 1/2), and Collins took the 800 (2:31.21) and 1,600 (5:54).
