American Tower Corporation is proposing a 30-foot extension to an existing 85-foot tower, located at the top of Little Black Tail Mountain, Careywood, Idaho. The resulting tower height will be 115-feet. The 14.5-foot high antennas will be mounted at a height of 111-feet; resulting in a structure height of 126-feet. American Tower seeks comments from all interested persons on the impact of the tower on any districts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering, or culture, that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Specific information about the project, including the historic preservation reviews that American Tower has conducted pursuant to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (47 C.F.R. Sections 1.1307(4)) and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (36 C.F.R. Part 800) can be viewed weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the company's offices at 10 Presidential Way, Woburn, Massachusetts. NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 12th day of May, 2004, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A request by Galloway Romero for The Home Depot to remove a zoning restriction on the West half of Block 3 less Tax parcel 1, East half of Block 3 less Tax parcel 2, S2-T57N-R2W of Starr's Acreage. Commonly known as the James Fenton property. Located on the north side of Kootenai Cutoff Road and the west side of Starr Lane.
