NOTICE OF ANNUAL SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION

IN KELLOGG JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 391

SHOSHONE AND KOOTENAI COUNTIES, IDAHO

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual school trustee election of Kellogg Joint School District No. 391, Counties of Shoshone and Kootenai, State of Idaho, will be held on Tuesday, the 18th day of May, 2004 at the Sunnyside Elementary School and Pinehurst Elementary School in said District, and the polls at said election shall be open between the hours of 12:00 noon to 7:00p.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) on said day.

The following trustees will be elected:

1. One trustee to serve a term of two years from Trustee Zone No. 2.

2. One trustee to serve a term of three years from Trustee Zone No. 4.

That the voting at said election shall be secret and by separate ballot.

That an elector must be at least eighteen years of age, a citizen of the United States, must be a resident of the State of Idaho, a resident of the county and this school district, must be a resident of the Trustee Zone for which the election is being conducted, and must be a registered voter.
