On FRIDAY, 30 July 2004 AT THE HOUR OF 11:00 o'clock A.M., local time, of said day, at the front steps of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 South 1st Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, R. THE GRANTOR NAMED HEREIN IS LISTED TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 45-1 506(4)(a) OF THE IDAHO CODE. No representation is made whether or not he or she is currently responsible for the obligation listed herein.

The default for which this sale is to be made is the Grantor's failure to make payments on the promissory note or credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust. Payments are due for the month of December 2003 and every month thereafter in the amount of $200.00. As of 28 January 2004, the amount in arrears was $543.94, and the outstanding principal balance owing on the Promissory Note or Credit Agreement secured by the Deed of Trust was $20,103.12 plus accrued interest of $3,728.18. Additional interest accrues at the rate of $4.47 per day.
