TRUSTEE'S SALE

On the 18th day of November, 2004, at the hour of 10:15 A.M., of said day, (recognized local time), in the Office of First American Title Company, 419 Second Ave., Sandpoint, in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho.

First American Title Company of Idaho, Inc., an Idaho Corporation, as successor trustee, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for certified funds, or the equivalent, which is lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of sale in compliance with Section 45-1506(9) Idaho Code, the following described real property, situated in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit:

Lot 20 of SHELBY ACRES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 3 of Plats, Page 146, records of Bonner County, Idaho.

The Trustee has no knowledge of a more particular description of the above referenced real property, but for purposes of compliance with Section 60-113 Idaho Code, the Trustee has been informed that according to the County Assessors office, the address of 18 Shelby Road, Laclede, Idaho, is sometimes associated with said real property.

Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession or encumbrances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the deed of trust executed by LAURA A JORDAN, as grantor, to FIRST AMERICAN TITLE COMPANY OF IDAHO, INC., an Idaho Corporation, as successor trustee, for the benefit and security of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., (solely as nominee for Lender, and Lender's successors and assigns), as beneficiary, recorded December 30, 2002, as Instrument No. 615606, Mortgage Records of Bonner County, Idaho.

THE ABOVE GRANTORS ARE NAMED TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 45-1506 (4)(A), IDAHO CODE. NO REPRESENTATION IS MADE THAT THEY ARE, OR ARE NOT, PRESENTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS OBLIGATION.

The default for which this sale is to be made is the failure to pay when due, under Deed of Trust Note, the monthly payments for Principal, Interest and Impounds of $702.17, due per month for the months of March through May, 2004 and all subsequent payments until the date of sale or reinstatement, with a monthly late charge accruing at $24.63, uncollected late charges are due in the amount of $113.52, with interest accruing at 6.25% per annum, and continuing to accrue from February 1, 2004. The principal balance owing as of this date on the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust is $78,956.14, plus accruing interest, costs and advances. All delinquent amounts are now due, together with accruing late charges and interest, unpaid and accruing taxes, assessments, trustee's fees, attorney's fees, and any amounts advanced to protect the security associated with this foreclosure and that the beneficiary elects to sell or cause the trust property to be sold to satisfy said obligation.

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR NAME CHANGE OF:

SAVANNAH FAYE BROWN

A Petition by SHEILA J. STIERLE, as the natural mother of SAVANNAH FAYE BROWN, a minor child born on October 24, 1999, in Greenville County, State of South Carolina, now residing at 244 Lower Sunny Hill Road, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, proposing to change Savannah's name to SAVANNAH FAYE STIERLE has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being that Savannah's mother, Sheila J. Stierle, would like SAVANNAH to share a common last name with her mother, Sheila J. Stierle. Savannah's father is JOSEPH CHARLES SIENKIEWICZ, residing at 110 Roberts Ave., York, South Carolina 20745. Such Petition will be heard at 9:30 o'clock a.m., on October 4, 2004 before Judge Heise at the Bonner County Courthouse, Sandpoint, Idaho. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the court good reason against such a change of name.
