Located on the Pend Orielle River near Dover, Idaho adjacent to: Sections 31 & 32, Township 57 North, North, Range 2 West; B.M., in Bonner County, Idaho, and will be held SEPTEMBER 8, 2004 AT 6:30 PM at the SANDPOINT COMMUNITY CENTER located at 204 South First Avenue Sandpoint, ID 83860.
