FILING DEADLINE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That declarations of candidacy for the office of Fire Commissioner of the 1st Sub-District of the Sam Owen Fire District must be filed with the district clerk/secretary whose address is 1471 Peninsula Road no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 1st day of September, 2004.

Such declarations are available at the district office at 1471 Peninusula Road or at the office of the County Clerk.

Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a declaration of intent no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 25th day prior to the election.
